The MetroHealth System is an urban health system serving Cleveland and surrounding communities. This entry level role analyzes procedures within health care systems and provides support and development for designated departments.
You will work under general direction, interact with professional staff, and help ensure system reliability while upholding the organization’s mission, values and customer service standards.

Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm (Flex Start)

Entry level position, acts under general direction. Analyzes procedures and problems within manual/automated health care systems; reports findings and when applicable recommends options for resolutions. Provides application support and systems development for designated departments. Confers with professional staff to ascertain specific requirements and assists in the completion of programming specifications. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
