Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage endpoint devices, enterprise systems, and Tier 3 support within the IT Operations team. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and upgrade Windows and Linux environments, deploy internal apps, and ensure uptime and security.

The role requires 4+ years of corporate IT experience, familiarity with Office 365 or G-Suite, and knowledge of AD and cloud services. On-site work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 4 years’ experience providing technical support in a corporate environment
• Minimum 1 year in a dedicated, multi‑tier IT team
• At least one entry-level certification (A+, MCP, etc.) preferred
• Experience using a service desk platform (ITSM or ticket system)

Responsibilities

• Administers enterprise monitoring tools and responds to alerts
• Maintains OS stability, storage capacity and server performance
• Acts as escalation point for environment issues
• Diagnoses and resolves complex IT problems with vendor support
• Implements and configures Windows servers and related systems
• Deploys internal applications and maintains IT systems hardware
• Maintains uptime and security within budgetary guidelines
• Documents work and communicates with stakeholders
• Creates standard operating procedures and knowledge bases
• Participates in IT Operations on-call rotation
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
