Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Contractor to support post-sales customers from Plano in a hybrid role. You will handle complex issues, explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cybersecurity outcomes.

The role emphasizes fast, thoughtful technical assistance in high-pressure environments, with a focus on maintaining secure customer environments and meeting SLA commitments.

Formación

• 0–2 years in supporting endpoint security software, EDR, and MDM technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with software supply chain security, public registries (NPM, PyPI, Chrome Web Store).
• Troubleshooting and system-level debugging across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Understanding of SWG, PAC Files, TLS/SSL decryption to diagnose agent connectivity issues.
• BS/MS or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering/R&D teams is a plus.
• Excellent customer-facing written and verbal communication skills, organized and proactive.

• Address post-sales concerns where analysis of situations requires in-depth evaluation.
• Play a critical role in understanding methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results.
• Explain complex technical issues to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams to improve products and cybersecurity.
• Provide fast, thoughtful technical assistance in high-pressure situations.
• Respond to user-reported issues within defined SLAs and document actions clearly.
