Job summary

RIVA Solutions is seeking an Endpoint Specialist (Windows & Mac) to support enterprise endpoint security and lifecycle management under the NTIA ISCOM contract. This role manages Windows and macOS devices, ensuring proper configuration, patching, OS updates, and compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in macOS and Windows in secure environments, with MDM (JAMF Pro, Intune), BigFix, reporting, and collaboration with cybersecurity teams to align

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years IT or endpoint administration experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows devices in enterprise or federal environments.
• Familiarity with BigFix and macOS MDM frameworks such as JAMF and Intune.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation tasks.
• Understanding of system patching, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to secure endpoint operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure Windows and Macintosh laptop endpoints, including configuration, patch deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and maintain MDM solutions to enforce endpoint security policies.
• Administer and secure macOS devices using JAMF Pro, including enrollment and distribution.
• Utilize patch management tools to deploy OS and third-party updates.
• Ensure endpoint configuration standards meet federal security requirements.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and remediation.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to align security controls and patching strategies.
• Support endpoint security baselines, encryption, MFA, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot enrollment, patch failures, and policy enforcement issues.
• Maintain documentation and reporting artifacts for audits and compliance.
• Provide timely support to NTIA users while maintaining secure endpoints.
