RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Endpoint Specialist (Windows & Mac) to support NTIA ISCOM contract—managing and securing Windows and Macintosh laptop endpoints enterprise-wide.

The role emphasizes configuration, patching, OS updates, and compliance with federal cybersecurity standards, requiring hands-on macOS and Windows administration in a secure environment and collaboration with cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT or endpoint administration experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows devices in an enterprise or federal environment.
• Familiarity with BigFix and macOS MDM frameworks (JAMF, Intune).
• Knowledge of scripting languages for automation and remediation.
• Understanding of patching, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure Windows and Macintosh laptop endpoints (configuration, patching, lifecycle).
• Implement and maintain MDM solutions across macOS and Windows.
• Administer Macintosh devices using JAMF Pro (enrollment, config profiles, software distribution).
• Use BigFix and related tools for timely OS and app updates.
• Ensure endpoint security baselines align with federal standards.
• Monitor endpoint health, patch compliance, and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on EDR and patching strategies.
• Provide documentation, SOPs, and reports for audits and reviews.
