Job summary

Presidio seeks a Specialist, Workforce Enablement to enable, deploy, refresh, and support modern workplace devices across Windows and Apple ecosystems. You will handle provisioning, packaging, migration, and endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, ABM, Jamf, SCCM, and related tools.

The role emphasizes zero-touch provisioning, device lifecycle management, and data migration strategies, partnering with IT operations to deliver smooth, secure endpoint experiences for users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 5+ years in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on with Windows endpoint deployment and management.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with SCCM and enterprise software distribution.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Jamf, and provisioning.
• Solid understanding of MDM/UEM concepts and endpoint lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provision, refresh, and support Windows and Apple devices (zero-touch provisioning).
• Configure and deploy Windows devices via Autopilot, Intune, Entra ID; Apple devices via ABM and Jamf.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot applications across Windows and Apple platforms.
• Support SCCM/Configuration Manager deployments and modernization efforts.
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune, Jamf, and other MDM/UEM tooling.
• Plan device refresh, OS migrations, and data migration strategies.
• Develop migration, rollback, and contingency procedures.
