Gruve is seeking an experienced L2 System Administrator in San Francisco to support enterprise client platforms and endpoint management services. You will work closely with L1/L3 teams, ensuring endpoint availability, patching, and compliance across global operations.

The role requires 3–6 years of enterprise endpoint management experience, strong Windows troubleshooting skills, and hands-on use of Intune and SCCM/MECM.

Competenze

• 3–6 years of experience in enterprise endpoint management and Windows client administration.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows endpoints and software distribution.
• Experience with Intune and SCCM/MECM for enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Knowledge of BitLocker, encryption policies, and endpoint baselines.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident management and SLA-driven operations.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Basic PowerShell scripting for endpoint troubleshooting.

Mansioni

• Provide L2 support for Windows endpoint incidents and service requests.
• Administer and troubleshoot Intune and SCCM/MECM endpoint management platforms.
• Support device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate OS patching and application deployment, verify post-patching health.
• Maintain runbooks and incident records; ensure timely handovers across global teams.
