Albemarle Corporation is seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer to oversee enterprise endpoint management using Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and MDM. The role emphasizes security baselines, lifecycle management, and automation within a hybrid global environment.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams, manage endpoint provisioning and patching, and contribute to documentation, dashboards, and process improvements to deliver reliable endpoint services across our organization.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management.
• Hands-on with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and MDM.
• Experience with Windows configuration, packaging, deployment, and patching.
• Knowledge of device compliance, endpoint security controls, and conditional access.
• Experience supporting global endpoint environments.

This position is located in India and hybrid.What You Will Do* Administer and enhance Microsoft's endpoint management ecosystem, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID device management, and mobile device management (MDM) capabilities.* Design, implement, and maintain endpoint configuration, compliance, security baselines, and device lifecycle standards.* Manage endpoint provisioning, enrollment, software deployment, patching, and operating system upgrade initiatives.* Support endpoint security controls in partnership with cybersecurity teams, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, device compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.* Develop automation and self-service capabilities to improve endpoint management efficiency and user experience.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, enrollment, application deployment, and device compliance issues.* Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, dashboards, and reporting related to endpoint management services.What You BringRequired:* 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, systems administration, or workplace technology services.* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.* Experience with Windows endpoint configuration, application packaging and deployment, software distribution, and patch management.* Knowledge of device compliance, endpoint security controls, Conditional Access, and endpoint lifecycle management.* Experience troubleshooting endpoint operating systems, device enrollment, application deployment, and user support issues in a global environment.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Preferred:* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.* 7+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise endpoint environments.* Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), PowerShell automation, and endpoint security platforms.* Experience integrating endpoint management solutions with Microsoft 365 and cloud identity services.* Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent.* Strong customer-service orientation and ability to partner effectively with global IT and business teams.* Experience supporting multinational organizations with standardized endpoint management practices.**Benefits of Joining Albemarle*** Competitive compensation* Comprehensive benefits package* A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.We are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
