Albemarle is hiring a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer for a hybrid role in India. The engineer will administer and enhance the endpoint management stack (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and MDM), design security baselines, and drive OS upgrades and patching.

You will collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce Defender and Zero Trust controls and develop automation for efficiency. The role requires 5+ years in enterprise endpoint management, strong troubleshooting, and documentation skills,

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, or workplace tech services.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and MDM.
• Experience with Windows endpoint configuration, packaging, deployment, software distribution, and patching.
• Knowledge of device compliance, conditional access, and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint OS, enrollment, app deployment, and user support in global environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

What You Will Do* Administer and enhance Microsoft's endpoint management ecosystem, including Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID device management, and mobile device management (MDM) capabilities.* Design, implement, and maintain endpoint configuration, compliance, security baselines, and device lifecycle standards.* Manage endpoint provisioning, enrollment, software deployment, patching, and operating system upgrade initiatives.* Support endpoint security controls in partnership with cybersecurity teams, including Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, device compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.* Develop automation and self-service capabilities to improve endpoint management efficiency and user experience.* Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint, enrollment, application deployment, and device compliance issues.* Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, standards, dashboards, and reporting related to endpoint management services. What You BringRequired:* 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, systems administration, or workplace technology services.* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.* Experience with Windows endpoint configuration, application packaging and deployment, software distribution, and patch management.* Knowledge of device compliance, endpoint security controls, Conditional Access, and endpoint lifecycle management.* Experience troubleshooting endpoint operating systems, device enrollment, application deployment, and user support issues in a global environment.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
