Job summary

RSM is seeking an Endpoint Infrastructure Engineer to implement and manage endpoint infrastructure at client sites nationwide. You will train staff, troubleshoot issues, and pursue certifications to advance your technical credentials.

The role emphasizes client service, strong communication, and the ability to travel to various client offices across the country. The candidate should have 1–3 years' experience with SCCM/Intune/AVD/Jamf/AWS Workspace/MDT, with a preference for IT consulting in

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years' experience with endpoint infra technologies (SCCM, Intune, AVD, Jamf, AWS Workspace, MDT).
• Experience with mid-market clients a plus.
• Certifications from Microsoft or other manufacturers are desirable.
• SCCM, MDT, Intune implementation and administration experience requested.
• AVD deployment and administration experience preferred.
• Office365/Microsoft365 implementation and administration experience preferred.
• Scripting experience (PowerShell, Batch, VB) a plus.
• Windows 10/11 deployment and migration experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and administer endpoint infrastructure at client sites.
• Serve as national resource and escalation point for projects.
• Identify and escalate cross-selling opportunities.
• Establish rapport with client decision makers.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
• Work independently and as part of a larger team; travel to client offices as needed.
