Job summary
State of South Carolina, Department of Administration, Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS) is seeking a Systems Engineer II to manage enterprise endpoints, MDM, and Entra ID across tenants. This onsite role in Columbia, SC includes third-tier support and ongoing security enhancements.
The candidate will lead administrative tasks for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, while coordinating with architects and other departments to align IT services with agency
Qualifications
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience administering and supporting enterprise endpoint, mobile device, or identity management technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, or comparable enterprise management technologies.
- Knowledge of CJIS Certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant, including identity, security, compliance, and service configurations.
- Develop governance policies for Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, MDM, and Entra ID.
- Configure and monitor Entra ID (Azure AD), conditional access policies, and enterprise apps.
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate remediation with security teams.
- Lead administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, MDM, and Teams.
