Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join our team in Columbus, OH. You will design, deploy, and manage MECM/SCCM and Intune configurations, build images, deploy apps, and implement baselines and security standards across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years in endpoint configuration engineering (SCCM/InTune focused).
• Experience supporting SCCM environments post go-live and HP Device Manager.
• Ability to administer JAMF Pro Cloud Server for Apple devices.
• Familiarity with ITSM systems like ServiceNow and PowerShell/SQL scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage endpoint configurations across SCCM (MECM) and Intune.
• Build and optimize workstation images (OS, drivers, apps).
• Package, deploy, and update applications across platforms.
• Coordinate deployments ensuring devices receive updates per active users.
• Develop baselines, compliance policies, and security standards.
• Use PowerShell and automation to streamline endpoint management.
• Monitor health, generate reports on compliance and performance.
• Create technical docs and training materials; provide after-hours support.
