Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 2–3 years’ experience for Client Systems Administrator II or 4–5 years for III
• Experience with SCCM/MECM and/or Intune in an enterprise environment

Responsibilities

• Design, create, maintain, and update Windows OS images for deployment
• Deploy, configure, and manage applications using SCCM
• Manage OS and 3rd‑party patching for security and stability
• Develop and maintain GPOs to enforce security
• Configure Defender Firewall policies and endpoint security
• Administer Active Directory‑related endpoint configurations
• Manage DNS infrastructure and ensure name resolution
• Monitor endpoint health and deployment success
• Troubleshoot complex endpoint management issues
• Develop and maintain endpoint documentation and procedures
