Job summary

Marsh is seeking an Investment Consulting professional to join the Investments & Retirement team. The role will be based in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Denver and requires three days on-site weekly.

You will work with endowment and foundation clients, delivering investment advice and solutions across traditional and alternative assets. You will mentor junior colleagues, collaborate with internal teams on strategy and research, and help grow services for clients to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to this position
CFA, CFP, CAIA, or advanced degree preferred
7–15 years of experience related to this position
Proven history of excellent client service with endowment and foundation clients
Ability to communicate traditional and alternative investments to clients
Experience presenting complex topics to clients with varying levels of sophistication
Self-motivation and ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Eagerness to learn and keep up to date with the investment industry

Responsibilities

Work with clients' staff, investment committees, and boards to deliver investment advice and solutions.
Design, develop, deliver, and communicate investment solutions for clients, inclusive of alternative investments.
Collaborate across internal teams on investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting practice.
Mentor junior colleagues in their career development.
Engage with clients and prospective clients to grow the breadth of services we deliver to help them advance their missions.
