Job summary

CommonSpirit Memorial seeks an Endovascular Certified Surgical First Assistant to join our perioperative team on a part-time days schedule. You will work closely with surgeons to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes throughout the intra-operative experience.

Responsibilities include assisting with patient positioning, sterile skin prep and draping, and clear communication with the team during pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Assistant program completed.
• First Assistant National Certification achieved.
• AHA BLS certification obtained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient positioning and draping.
• Maintain sterile technique and prepare the operative field.
• Support surgical team through pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Communicate patient status and any changes during surgery.
