Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in outpatient endoscopy, medical surgical unit, or GI lab.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing patient for endoscopy and provides pre-admission assessments.
• Assists physician and GI team during procedures and administers moderate sedation under supervision.
• In PACU, monitors patient post-procedure, documents findings, and provides discharge instructions.
