Job summary

Stryker Group in Spokane, WA seeks an experienced outside sales professional to promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications. You will educate clinicians and staff on proper use and maintenance, while directing product evaluations in OR and office settings according to OSHA and policy guidelines.

Travel up to 20% annually, negotiate terms with customers, and assist in trade shows and clinical meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in an outside sales role (medical field preferred).
• BA/BS degree required.
• Must be able to communicate with large groups.
• Must communicate telephonically and via electronic means.
• Proficient with common office equipment.
• Up to 20% overnight travel annually.
• Must be able to drive and negotiate terms with customers.
• Strong problem-solving and product knowledge dissemination skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Stryker Endoscopy products within approved indications.
• Educate doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance of products.
• Direct product evaluations in OR and office settings while following guidelines.
• Assist in trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings as needed.
• Keep regional manager informed of territory progress regularly.
• Resolve customer problems promptly and maintain inventory reports.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Office and Oracle Sales Information System.
