Job summary

Duncan Regional Hospital in Duncan, OK seeks a dedicated Endoscope Technician to support endoscopy procedures in Ambulatory Care and/or Surgical Department. You will don PPE, prepare equipment, assist physician, and ensure a clean, ready sterile field.

Minimum qualifications include fluent English, basic computer/EHR skills, and ability to work with a team. Prior endoscopy experience is preferred; CER within six months and BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under the direction of the surgeon and RN.
• Protects patients and team by following infection-control policies.
• Sets up and maintains sterile field for procedures.
• Prepares the procedural suite and ensures equipment/supplies are ready.
• Performs gowning, gloving, and draping for endoscopic cases.
• Transports and handles specimens as required.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and supports team problem-solving.
