Job summary

Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center is seeking a clinical support professional to assist providers in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You will help with procedure room setup, anticipate equipment and supply needs, and maintain a sterile field while preparing and administering medications as delegated.

The role also includes assisting with alternate site procedures and documenting associated equipment usage. AHA BLS certification is required prior to orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• AHA BLS certification required prior to orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including procedure room setup and equipment readiness.
• Maintain sterile field and prepare/ administer medications as delegated; assist with alternate site procedures and equipment documentation.
