Responsibilities

• Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization while providing safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
• Assist physicians and clinical team during endoscopy procedures by preparing rooms and supplying equipment.
• Demonstrate proper use and handling of endoscopy instruments and related supplies.
• Clean, disinfect, process, and maintain endoscopy equipment per policies and standards.
• Perform room turnover and terminal cleaning between cases and at day end.
• Maintain documentation related to equipment processing and sterilization.
• Follow OSHA, AAMI, AORN guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to promote efficient workflow and care quality.
