Job summary

Novant Health's Brunswick Endoscopy Center is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to join a collaborative procedural team in Supply, NC. This part-time role supports GI procedures with a focus on patient safety, equipment reprocessing, and efficient workflow.

You'll assist in colonoscopies, EGDs, and bronchoscopies, prep rooms, and maintain infection control standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Educational requirements include a high school diploma or GED, with preferred endoscopy

Qualifications

• Two years endoscopy experience, preferred.
• Endoscopy Technician Certification within one year of hire, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies, EGDs, bronchoscopies, and other diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient patient care and workflow.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopic equipment according to infection prevention and regulatory standards.
• Perform leak testing, high-level disinfection, and proper storage of endoscopes.
