Job summary

BMC Company 100 in Brockton, MA seeks an Endoscopy Technician to support the Endoscopy team. You will assist the Endoscopist during procedures, participate in scope processing, and ensure high-level disinfection with strict protocols. The schedule is 40 hours weekly, 7am-3:30pm, with on-call duties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, BLS certification, 2–3 years of GI experience, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a multi-disciplinary team and diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: BLS.
• Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge & skills: Working knowledge with GI scopes and ability to collaborate with GI physicians.

Responsibilities

• Provides care that addresses the needs of patients from infant to elderly.
• Adapts care to impairments and language barriers, including non-English speakers.
• Upholds patient rights and the facility's ethics, mission, and responsibilities.
• On-call required.
