Providence Surgery and Procedure Center in Spokane Valley, WA, is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Technician to support the Endoscopy team during procedures. You will arrange and set up for upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, assist at the bedside, and help with patient movement, cleaning and stocking the endoscopy room.

The role alternates between procedure room duties and scope cleaning on a rotating schedule, contributing to high-quality patient care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years Endoscopy Tech experience required.
• Current CPR or BLS accredited by AHA (or within 30 days).
• Endo Tech certification a plus.
• Working knowledge of standard gastroenterology procedures a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures.
• Set up for upper endoscopies and colonoscopies.
• Assist in preparing/moving patients and cleaning/stocking the endoscopy room.
• Alternate between procedure room tech and scope cleaning duties.
• Provide care to meet patient outcomes per facility goals.

Providence Surgery and Procedure Center has an immediate need for a full time Endoscopy Technician.

What You Will Do (Job Summary):

The Endoscopy Technician assists the Endoscopy team during endoscopy procedures. They arrange and set-up for upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, and work closely with the doctor at the bedside to assist during the endoscopy procedure. Assists in preparing and moving patients, and in cleaning/stocking the endoscopy room. The Endoscopy Tech also alternates between being a tech in the procedure room with the cleaning of scopes on alternating schedules. The Endoscopy Tech is responsible for the provision of care to meet identified patient outcomes and to achieve the goals of the facility as directed.

Starting pay range: $19.- $23 based on experience
