DigestiveCare, LLC is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Tech to support GI and PAIN procedures in our surgical center. You will prepare equipment, assist physicians, document notes, and maintain the GI area.

Workdays only—no holidays, weekends, or call; some later evenings may be required. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications include HS diploma, Medical Assistant cert, BLS, English proficiency, and ability to lift 25 pounds; OR/GI experience a plus.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Medical assistant certification.
• Certification in Operating Room Technology a plus.
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS preferred.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures specific to the OR and GI.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Manual dexterity to handle instruments quickly.
• Must be conscientious, organized and able to handle the stress of a busy operating room & GI lab environment.
• Must be able to function as a team player.
• Possess the abilityto lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and verbal.

Endoscopy Tech at DigestiveCare, LLC

Responsible for rendering professional care to patients undergoing GI and PAIN management procedures within the surgical center in accordance with established procedures. Functions cooperatively with physicians and staff, exhibiting teamwork characteristics. Prepares equipment and anticipates Physician and patient needs for GI procedures. Provides general maintenance of the clinical area and equipment. Oversees the GI procedures and maintains all aspects of the GI procedure area. Assessing patients prior to procedure. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some later evenings required. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.
