Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to schedule procedures, perform data entry for pH studies, and assist in the procedure room. The role includes cleaning and disinfecting scopes, preparing equipment for sterilization and repair, and supporting across all campuses.

Weekend and weeknight on-call coverage is expected, with overtime possible. Applicants should have completed a Surgical Technology, Anesthesia Technologist, CNA or MA program and hold relevant Washington

Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Technology, Anesthesia Technologist, Certified Nurse Assistant or Medical Assistant program.
• Washington Medical Assistant Certification or Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License or Washington Surgical Technologist Registration.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within hire.
• Knowledge of infection control procedures including PPE and biohazard waste removal.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures and perform data entry for pH studies.
• Assist in the procedure room and support across campuses as needed.
• Clean and disinfect scopes and maintain disinfection logs.
• Provide patient care assistance per policies and procedures.
