Job summary

St. Francis Hospital is seeking a per diem Endoscopy Technician to support the Endoscopy department. The role involves setting up, sterilizing, and troubleshooting endoscopes and assisting physicians during procedures, with emphasis on patient safety and documentation.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, Certified Endoscopy Technician (CET) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 1–2 years in healthcare preferred; must understand infection control and medical terminology, and

• Handle pathology specimens, monitor patient vitals, and clean/restock suites post-procedure.
