Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking an Endoscopy Tech for days at Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital. The role supports physicians in endoscopy procedures, helps prepare and restock supplies, and ensures room readiness.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and either Endoscopy Technician Certification or one year of healthcare experience; BLS is required. 2+ years of Endo experience preferred; full-time, 6:30am-3pm, Monday-Friday with call.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Endoscopy Technician Certification Program or 1 year of healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years of Endo experience preferred.
• Must be able to assist physician in procedure room and clean scopes.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians with endoscopy procedures as assigned by a registered nurse.
• Obtains and prepares supplies and instruments; restocks endoscopy rooms.
• Assists in the scheduling and rescheduling of patients.
• Ensures safe care; adheres to Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
• Promotes professional growth; mentors less experienced staff.
• Models compassionate, personalized service to patients and colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.
