Memorial Hermann Health System in Sugar Land, TX seeks an Endoscopy Tech for weekend days to support operating room/endoscopy services under RN supervision. This part-time position runs 6am-2:30pm each Saturday and Sunday and requires BLS certification plus Endoscopy Technician Certification or one year of healthcare experience.

Two+ years Endo Tech experience is preferred. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, preparing supplies, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining sterile

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Endoscopy Technician Certification Program or 1 year of equivalent healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years of Endo Tech experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists physicians with endoscopy procedures as assigned by a registered nurse.
• Obtains and prepares supplies and instruments according to physician preferences; restocks and maintains endoscopy rooms.
• Assists in scheduling and rescheduling of patients.
• Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
