Job summary

Low Country Endoscopy Center in Summerville, SC is seeking an Endoscopy Tech to support GI procedures under the direct supervision of a surgeon. You will assist with the operation of endoscopic equipment and help create optimal conditions for patient care.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining endoscopes and instruments, managing patient flow, preparing the procedure room, stocking supplies, and handling clerical tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a GI Lab.
• Current BLS required, ACLS preferred.
• Ambulatory surgical center or surgical hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with technical endoscopic equipment under surgeon supervision.
• Clean, disinfect, and maintain endoscopes and instruments.
• Manage patient flow and prepare the room for procedures.
• Stock supplies and assist with clerical tasks as needed.

Skills

BLS certification
