Job summary

Bronson Methodist Hospital is seeking an Endoscopy Tech to join our Endoscopy team in Kalamazoo. You will assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, maintain sterile technique, and ensure equipment readiness in a fast-paced procedural setting.

This role requires a High School diploma, BLS certification, and GI Technical Specialist certification within one year of hire. Work will include night/weekend call as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• GI Technical Specialist (GTS) certification within one year of hire.
• BLS for healthcare provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Endoscopy/Surgical Services staff to maintain high quality patient care.
• Support with ERCP, EUS/EBUS, biopsies and related procedures as directed.
• Prepare rooms, assist with scope prep, and ensure equipment readiness.
• Disinfect scopes and maintain logs for inventory and equipment.
• Provide patient care including transport and safety in a fast-paced environment.
