Job summary

Gateway Endoscopy Center in Missouri is seeking a Full Time Endoscopy Tech to join our Outpatient GI Center as a team player.

You will support GI physicians, assist in endoscopy procedures, and ensure instrument sterility and facility readiness. High school diploma required; certification in endoscope reprocessing preferred; 1–3 years GI lab experience helpful.

Qualifications

Gateway Endoscopy Center is looking to add a Full Time Endoscopy Tech who is a team player to our Outpatient GI Center!

At Gateway Endoscopy Center, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians who specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including acid reflux, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and liver disease. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care by providing consultations and services in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible treatment.

We take pride in our friendly and supportive work environment, where continuity and trust are nurtured through stable and long-lasting relationships with our patients. While we work collaboratively as a group, each patient is assigned a dedicated gastroenterologist, ensuring personalized care and attention.

Endoscopy Tech at Gateway Endoscopy Center:

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Certification in Endoscope reprocessing a plus
• One to three years previous experience in GI Lab a plus
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Manual dexterity to handle instruments quickly
• Must be conscientious, organized and able to handle the stress of a busy GI laboratory environment
• Must be able to function as a team player
• Possess the abilityto lift 25 pounds
• Must be able to communicate and understand the English language, both written and verbal
