Job summary

UC Health is seeking a full-time Endoscopy Tech for the Endoscopy department at West Chester Hospital in West Chester, OH. The candidate will ensure Endoscopy equipment is clean, functional, and ready for procedures on the first shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of patient care experience required.
• Experience in endoscopy or surgical services and knowledge of Olympus scope processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transports patients to procedure room and ensures comfort and safety.
• Cleans, disinfects, dries and maintains Endoscopy equipment including Olympus scopes.
• Performs assigned clinical tasks under RN supervision and reports pertinent observations.
• Maintains unit readiness by stocking supplies and coordinating with the department.
