UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Support Associate to provide technical assistance for diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures. This onsite role requires day shifts, full-time hours (72 per pay period), and a pay range of $19.67 to $25.57 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS healthcare provider certification required or able to obtain before start date.

Responsabilités

• Assists physicians and nurses with performing procedures and providing patient care.
• Processes tissue and bodily fluids specimens.
• Prepares and maintains endoscopy equipment and supplies. Performs endoscope sterilization and processing.
• Maintains the GI procedure area in a clean, safe condition. Ensures necessary equipment and supplies are available for procedures.
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
