Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree: Nursing (Required).
• BLS certification required by American Heart Association.
• RN license in good standing with Ohio Board of Nursing or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis: perform health status assessments for populations or individuals.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning: document planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation: evaluate responses and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership: participate in process improvements for quality and safety.
• Operations: contribute to safe and efficient department operations.
