Job summary

Ohio Gastroenterology Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Center Nursing team. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care across the endoscopic experience, from pre-procedure assessment through post-procedure discharge, under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Charge Nurse.

Responsibilities include documenting care, administering IV sedation, coordinating with physicians, and maintaining equipment and infection control standards in all center locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with current Ohio RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during and after endoscopic procedures.
• Document care accurately in the medical records.
• Assist physicians and follow orders; monitor and support patient condition.
• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies; set up carts.
• Administer conscious sedation under physician supervision.
• Maintain infection control practices and safe patient environment.
