Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an RN Clinical Leader for the Endoscopy department to lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of program services. The role ensures quality, service and patient satisfaction while overseeing efficient resource use and financial performance.

In this position you will supervise the interdisciplinary team, coordinate scheduling and patient flow, and drive safety and continuous improvement across the unit in collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support, American Heart Association.
• BLS – Basic Life Support, American Heart Association.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordinates design, development, implementation and evaluation of Endoscopy program services.
• Ensures quality, service and satisfaction goals are met; monitors resource utilization and financial performance.
• Directs and delegates treatment, mentors interdisciplinary staff, and maintains open communication with stakeholders.
• Coordinates scheduling, safety, patient flow, and performance improvement activities.
• Participates in committees, audits, rounds, and staff development activities.
