Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing care according to evidence-based practice and standards of care.
• A day in the life of a Registered Nurse includes comprehensive data collection, assessment, planning, and communication with the care team.
• Coordinates patient care, educates patient and family, documents events, and ensures safe transitioning of care.
