Job summary

HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC is seeking an Endoscopy Supervisor (RN) to manage daily endoscopy operations in Lombard, IL. The role oversees procedure scheduling, staffing, inventory, and QA/QI while ensuring compliance with policies and patient rights.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred). Prior endoscopy experience of 2+ years is expected, with leadership responsibilities and collaboration with the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day internal flow of patient schedules and staffing assignments/schedules.
• Backup to endoscopy RN, endoscopy tech, scope washer.
• Maintain adherence to operating policy/procedure manuals.
• Weekly scheduled meetings with administration and/or managers.
• Patient survey response and damage control.
