United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI) is hiring a Registered Nurse Endoscopy for Ventura Endoscopy Center. The role provides perioperative nursing care in a busy ambulatory setting, adhering to the nursing process, care plans, and organizational policies.

The RN Endoscopy reports to the Peri-Operative Services Manager and supports patient-family centered care. The position is full-time in Ventura, CA with a competitive hourly range.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CA Nursing License.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pre-Op/PACU; ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique and patient care principles.
• Ability to care for adult patients and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated teamwork and professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care using nursing process and plan of care.
• Deliver safe, patient-family centered perioperative nursing.
• Assist physicians and maintain operational efficiency in endoscopy.

Ventura Endoscopy Center is Hiring a RN Endoscopy Full Time.

At Ventura Endoscopy Center, we believe health and care are inseparable. We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure. With 3 Procedure Rooms and our technology allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of: Gastroenterology.

Job Summary

The RN Endoscopy is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Endoscopy provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Endoscopy supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Endoscopy reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Hourly Range: $46.23 - $57.79/hour

Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current CA Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Pre-Op/PACU. Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
• Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation
• Ability to care for adult patients
