Job summary

Duly Health Lombard is seeking an Endoscopy Supervisor (RN) to manage daily operations of the endoscopy area in Lombard, IL. You will oversee scheduling, staffing, inventory, credentialing, safety, QA/QI, and risk management.

Required is a nursing degree with RN licensure and at least 2 years in endoscopy, plus basic computer skills. BLS/ACLS, ASPAN membership preferred. Excellent leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of endoscopy experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Operations Management: monitor day-to-day patient flow and staff schedules.
• Backup to endoscopy RN, endoscopy tech, scope washer.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures; QA/compliance.
