Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit. This in-person role supports the Endoscopy department with direct patient care, documentation, and post-procedure education in a fast-paced setting.

The RN will collaborate with physicians and the nursing team, manage IVs and medications, and ensure patient safety and comfort. A call rotation may apply, and a bonus of up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of endoscopy nursing experience.
• Weekend and holiday call rotation is required.
• Current Arizona RN license or compact state licensure upon hire.

Responsibilities

• The RN practices per ANA standards and Code of Ethics and provides care to assigned patient population.
• The RN collects health data, develops, implements and revises patient care plans.
• The RN administers medications and IV therapies and monitors for interactions.
• The RN educates patients and families on post-treatment care and lifestyle changes.
• The RN mentors staff and coordinates with the multidisciplinary team.
