Job summary

HonorHealth's Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks an experienced RN for Endoscopy. The role covers direct patient care, pre- and post-procedure assessment, IV therapy, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the nursing team.

The candidates must hold Arizona RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and have 1 year of med-surg or acute care experience, with call shifts as required. A bonus opportunity of up to $10,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Arizona RN license (or active compact license).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS certification as required by area of practice.
• 1 year of med-surg or acute care nursing experience required.
• Float/Call shifts as needed for department coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and collect health data with family involvement.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-procedure nursing care for endoscopy patients.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy with careful dosage checks.
• Develop and contribute to patient care plans aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and endoscopy team to ensure quality care.
• Document interventions, patient progress, and evaluation results.
