You will provide comprehensive nursing care, assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer treatments, educate patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care preferred.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychological, and social aspects.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with regular evaluations.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
