Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and coordinate a care plan with the care team and patient/family.
• Implement and supervise nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Evaluate patient progress and update the plan as needed.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Collaborate across departments to support safe, high-quality care.
• Participate in education and mentoring of junior staff when appropriate.
