Baptist Medical Center South in Montgomery, AL is seeking an RN Endoscopy PRN to supervise nursing staff on shift and coordinate patient care during weekends and holidays.

The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning of care, and interventions, collaborating with physicians and other clinicians to ensure quality patient care. Additional duties may be assigned within the scope of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure required; BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC may be required depending on area.
• Ability to observe, assess, and record work, safety and infection control standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Supervise nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Utilize the nursing process in patient assessments, planning of care, and performance of interventions.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care.
• Perform additional duties within scope as assigned.
