Job summary

Imperial Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Endoscopy in Lake Charles, LA. This PRN position is about 2 days per week, with no weekends, nights or holidays required. You will recover patients post-endoscopy, assist physicians, and educate patients on medications and post-care steps.

Louisiana RN license, IV cert and ACLS are required. At least one year of med-surg experience is preferred. Strong communication and patient services skills are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Louisiana RN license, IV certification and ACLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for patient recovery after endoscopy procedures.
• Assist physicians with exams and special procedures.
