Job summary

USPI's Charleston Endoscopy Center is hiring an Endoscopy Registered Nurse. You will prepare patients, equipment and room for Endoscopy procedures and assist physicians during procedures.

The role requires ACLS and BLS, and a current SC RN license, with experience in endoscope manipulation and familiarity with medical terminology. Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Endoscopy (GI) experience.
• ACLS and BLS certification required (AHA).
• Experience with endoscope manipulation.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current SC nursing license.
• Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to endoscopy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients, equipment and room for Endoscopy procedures.
• Assist physicians during Endoscopy procedures.
• Adhere to Center policies and standards of care.
• Maintain current Endoscopy skills and knowledge.
• Provide multi-dimensional care for assigned patients.
