Job summary

OhioHealth in Columbus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum within the Endoscopy department.

The RN will collaborate with the health care team, document outcomes, and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives as part of a High Reliability Organization. State Driver's License is referenced in the job description; BLS and Ohio RN licensure are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Ohio
• BLS certification required
• State Driver's License may be required (as noted in description)

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and/or individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan of care with the team.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations (10%).
• As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
