Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department. The role requires prior RN experience in an acute care hospital and on-call shifts.

You will provide general nursing care, assess patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across the continuum, 24/7/365. The successful candidate will have an active RN license in Ohio or a multi-state compact, at least 2 years of hospital experience, and preferably Endoscopy or

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Nursing (Required).
• BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association).
• RN - Registered Nurse (Ohio Board of Nursing).
• Current RN license in Ohio or compact state.
• BLS certification; BSN preferred by 5 years of employment.
• At least 2 years of RN hospital experience.
• Critical Care/ED, Pre/Post, or Endoscopy experience preferred.
• Must commit to on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis – perform health status assessments (continuous).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning – document planned interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation – evaluate and revise care plans with the team.
• Leadership – participate in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations – maintain safety, quality, and efficiency as an HRO.
