Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Nursing (Required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to population/individual.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to interventions and outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality, satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Operations - Supports daily operations within Endoscopy.
• As an HRO, focus on safety, quality and efficiency in duties.
